Return and Refund Policy

At Subonline, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. You may return or exchange your purchase within 7 days if it does not meet your expectations.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Items purchased at full price can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. However, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be in their original packaging with labels and tags attached.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return/Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1.  Email our customer service team at Info@subonline.com.pk within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with Instructions.

Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 1 working day upon receipt of the returned product. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • For credit/debit card payments, refunds will be processed within 1 working day.
  • For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank deposit or transfer.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be made within 7 days. Please follow the return procedure and specify the desired replacement item.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Fragrances
  • Accessories
  • Items not in original condition, used, or damaged
